Connect with heart patients, survivors and caregivers for heart disease, heart attack and stroke.
PASSION PROJECT
In 2013, I created a collage of hearts for the purpose of honoring every person affected by heart disease and celebrate my recovery from four surgeries. I share the beautiful hearts with area hospitals to bring encouragement to adult and pediatric heart patients. To date more than one thousand collages have been decorated each February by schools, nonprofit groups and churches to represent what they’ve learned about heart health.
